There are few moments in life that bring pure unbridled joy, but, in our experience, they often correspond with moments of creation. Whether that comes in the form of new beginnings, new experiences, new life, or--for us--the release of long-anticipated varieties out into the world, it is always best shared with those you love. We are so thrilled to announce our first release of pure type I varieties (THCA dominant) and cannot wait to see them transform the paradigm and world-view of those who they come into contact with. And yes, these are released as both diploids AND triploids in most cases.
We are releasing 19 new type I varieties this upcoming week on our GTR Seeds website, gtrseeds.com, all created with the same intention and attention to detail that our other chemotypes are known for, but designed with home growers primarily in mind. Don't get us wrong, they truly shine when grown at scale (so you can see the uniformity), but the goal was to give people access to flavors of days-gone-by, combined with cutting edge breeding know-how. These soon-to-be-award winning F1s will finish in mid-September (diploids) to late September (triploids) when grown outdoors, 8-9 weeks respectively indoors.
